Arrival and Booking Procedure

To minimise unneccesary client contact, we recommend arriving no more than 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. Simply call 07501796529 upon arrival and you will be called in when the salon has been fully prepared for you. Parking is available on site or if on foot, you can wait under the porch area. 


All bookings must be by appointment.


No walk-ins can currenty be taken. Simply call to confirm, or for first time clients, guarantee your preferred appointment via a nominal non-refundable deposit over the phone or via the website.


Extra time is given between appointments to allow for extra cleaning and ventilation. Only one client allowed in at a time (unless parent and child, or members of the same household with prior approval).

Please note that we may be unable to take you if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. 


If we cannot accomodate you, we will try and reschedule, but unfortunately we will require to levy a 25% cancellation fee. (Min of £15). This is a condition of booking. Refunds of any additional balance will be re-credited to your card within 5-7 days if required.
