When you are ready to book your appointment and have phoned to confirm availability, once confirmed you may return to the site to pay your deposit via this option if you do not wish to pay over the phone. The balance will be payable by card on the day, or by cash if agreed in advance. See website for full booking terms and conditions.

Booking Policy

Due to current Public Health England regulations, it is not possible for us to take walk-in bookings. As a result, all clients may only attend on confirmation of an appointment. Therefore, once booked, the allocated time will be reserved for you, plus an additional amount of time to allow for extra cleaning. When a client fails to show or turns up more than 10 minutes late, the walk-in restrictions mean that your appointment cannot be re-allocated. This therefore requires a non-refundable deposit to be taken, or 25% of the overall booking. Payment of the deposit infers acceptance of these terms.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be in accordance with the booking policy. Any credit balance remaining after the deduction of the 25% no show or cancellation policy will normally be refunded within 5-7 working days (subject to processing and bank holidays).

No Show or Cancellation Policy

Due to our inability to re-allocate booked appointments with walk-in clients, a no show or cancellation of booking fee will normally apply where a client arrives or fails to attend within 10 minutes of their allocated appointment time.
