Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

All sales are final upon completion. Once a payment has been agreed and paid, no refunds are applicable.

Refunds

In the event of us needing to cancel your booking for any reason, (e.g. sickness or other unexpected circumstance), you will be entitled to a full credit against any future booking or a refund of any deposit or payment already made. Repayments normally take between 3-7 working days to be recredited to your account, dependent upon your payment provider. In the event that you cancel with less than 72hrs notice (1 week for peak holiday bookings e.g. Christmas) or fail to show for your appointment any deposit will be forfeited and a charge based upon the duration of your original booking will be levied at the minimum rate of £15 per hour per person. For 2hr plus colouring bookings a minimum charge of £50 will apply.

Exchanges

We only replace sold items or products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {enquiries@hairathomebymario.com} 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non refundable and can only be used against future treatments of a similar value by you or any other nominated individual. They have a validity of 1 year from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
