  I went in with really loooong hair wanting to cut it a fair bit. I asked Mario for a straight shoulder length cut. I appreciate … More Mario's social skills but not so much his listening skills.
  Since I went in with such long hair he asked if he could cut it to donate to "Marie Curie's cancer patients" – his words. I later found out that Marie Curie DOES NOT take hair donations. Not sure who he is donating the hair to.
  Aside from that, he just kept cutting and chopping away at my hair. I'm not sure how shoulder length hair becomes a – and I'm not even joking – inverted short bob or as the internet likes to call it – a Karen haircut.
  That's what he gave me. I was so shocked I couldn't even say anything on the spot. I went home and cried. My confidence took a big hit. I look terrible and everyone I meet tells me about how horrible the cut is, how uneven it is, and how choppy it looks.
  I didn't want to write a review at first, but I thought maybe if someone else with long hair considers going in they will know what to look out for to save themselves the pain and distress.
  Edit 16-08-2023: Reply: I am certain my review is addressed to the right business. I was there in July. Called in the morning and was booked at around lunch time.
